Phosphating & Metal Treatment Chemicals
Metochem NSB is a specially formulated non-silicate based metal surface treatment chemical designed to provide effective cleaning, surface conditioning, and corrosion resistance for ferrous metal components. It works by removing surface contaminants such as oil, grease, light rust, and oxides while preparing the metal surface for further treatment processes. The formulation ensures a clean and active surface, essential for achieving consistent and high-quality coating results.
The formulation of Metochem NSB ensures efficient cleaning and uniform surface activation, making it ideal for use prior to processes such as phosphating, painting, or powder coating. It enhances coating adhesion and improves the overall finish by eliminating impurities that may interfere with subsequent treatments. This results in better bonding, smoother finish, and improved durability of coated components.
Metochem NSB plays a vital role in reducing process defects and improving production efficiency by ensuring proper surface preparation. Its controlled chemical action ensures effective cleaning without causing damage to the base metal, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface quality. It is suitable for use in various industrial applications where clean and properly prepared metal surfaces are essential.
By choosing Metochem NSB, industries benefit from a reliable and efficient surface preparation solution that enhances coating performance, reduces rejection rates, and supports consistent and high-quality production results.
