Phosphating & Metal Treatment Chemicals
Metochem RR-S is a specially formulated rust and scale remover designed to efficiently eliminate rust, oxide layers, and industrial scale from ferrous metal surfaces. It works by penetrating and dissolving corrosion deposits, restoring the metal surface to a clean, active, and process-ready condition. This makes it highly effective for surface preparation before further treatment operations.
The formulation of Metochem RR-S ensures controlled and uniform cleaning action, allowing effective removal of rust and scale without excessive attack on the base metal. It provides consistent surface preparation for subsequent processes such as phosphating, painting, or coating, ensuring better adhesion and improved finish quality.
Metochem RR-S plays a vital role in improving productivity by reducing manual cleaning efforts and minimizing processing time. Its balanced chemical composition ensures efficient cleaning while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. It is particularly suitable for light to moderate rust removal in industrial and fabrication applications.
By choosing Metochem RR-S, industries benefit from a reliable and efficient rust removal solution that enhances surface cleanliness, improves coating performance, and ensures consistent processing results—making it ideal for automotive, fabrication, and engineering applications.
