Phosphating & Metal Treatment Chemicals
Metochem ZN-105-C is a high-performance zinc-based metal surface treatment chemical developed to provide excellent corrosion resistance and superior surface preparation for ferrous metal components. It is formulated to produce a uniform and compact zinc phosphate coating on metal surfaces, forming a protective barrier against rust, oxidation, moisture, and atmospheric contaminants. This coating significantly enhances the durability and service life of treated components, even in demanding industrial environments.
The formulation of Metochem ZN-105-C ensures consistent coating formation with a fine crystalline structure and excellent surface coverage. It effectively prepares metal surfaces for subsequent finishing processes such as painting, powder coating, or other protective treatments, resulting in improved adhesion, smooth finish, and enhanced overall appearance of the final product.
Metochem ZN-105-C plays a crucial role in minimizing corrosion-related failures and reducing maintenance costs. The zinc phosphate layer acts as a protective shield, safeguarding the base metal from chemical and atmospheric attack. Its controlled reaction mechanism ensures uniform coating formation without aggressive metal loss, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. It is especially suitable for components exposed to humid environments, industrial atmospheres, and outdoor applications.
By choosing Metochem ZN-105-C, industries benefit from a reliable and efficient surface treatment solution that delivers consistent performance, improved coating adhesion, and long-term protection—ensuring enhanced product quality and extended operational life.
