Phosphating & Metal Treatment Chemicals
Metochem ZN-105-H is a high-performance zinc-based metal surface treatment chemical specially formulated to provide superior corrosion resistance and enhanced surface conditioning for ferrous metal components. It is designed to produce a uniform and dense zinc phosphate coating on metal surfaces, forming a strong protective barrier against rust, oxidation, moisture, and aggressive environmental conditions. This coating significantly improves the durability and operational life of treated components, even in demanding industrial environments.
The formulation of Metochem ZN-105-H ensures excellent coating uniformity with a fine crystalline structure and consistent surface coverage. It effectively prepares metal surfaces for subsequent finishing processes such as painting, powder coating, or additional protective treatments, resulting in improved adhesion, smoother finish, and enhanced overall appearance of the final product.
Metochem ZN-105-H plays a crucial role in minimizing corrosion-related failures and reducing maintenance costs. The zinc phosphate layer acts as a protective barrier, safeguarding the base metal from environmental and chemical attack. Its controlled chemical reaction ensures uniform coating formation without excessive metal loss, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. It is particularly suitable for components exposed to high humidity, industrial atmospheres, and outdoor conditions.
By choosing Metochem ZN-105-H, industries benefit from a reliable and efficient surface treatment solution that delivers consistent performance, improved coating adhesion, and long-term protection—ensuring enhanced product quality and extended service life.
