Dt Allianz Lifts Pvt Ltd brings you advanced Lift Gearless Traction Machines, engineered for high performance, energy efficiency, and smooth operation. These machines eliminate the need for a gearbox, reducing mechanical losses and ensuring silent, vibration-free movement—perfect for premium residential, commercial, and high-rise applications.
Our gearless machines use Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) that deliver high torque at low RPM, allowing compact size and superior energy savings. With fewer moving parts, maintenance requirements are significantly reduced, resulting in lower operational costs and longer service life.
Designed for machine-room-less (MRL) installations or conventional setups, these machines are known for their compact footprint, lightweight structure, and precise control. They offer exceptional ride comfort, quick response times, and compatibility with VVVF drives for seamless acceleration and deceleration.
Ideal for both passenger and panoramic lifts, our gearless traction machines can support loads from 320 kg to 1600 kg and speeds ranging from 1 m/s to 4 m/s. The machines are equipped with regenerative braking systems that feed energy back into the grid, making them an eco-friendly choice.
Safety is integrated into every unit with features like electromagnetic brakes, temperature sensors, and vibration monitoring. Each machine undergoes rigorous quality tests and complies with global safety standards including IS, EN, and IEC norms, ensuring long-term reliability in all operating environments.
Dt Allianz also offers complete installation assistance, technical documentation, and responsive customer support to help you achieve optimal performance from day one. Our gearless machines are trusted by builders, architects, and OEMs for projects requiring top-tier lift technology.
