Metochem RC Pari Chowk Greater Noida

Phosphating & Metal Treatment Chemicals

Metochem RC is a specially formulated rust converter designed to transform rusted metal surfaces into a stable, protective layer. It chemically reacts with existing rust (iron oxide) and converts it into a passive compound, effectively stopping further corrosion and preparing the surface for painting or coating without the need for complete rust removal.

The formulation of Metochem RC ensures deep penetration into rusted areas, providing efficient conversion and surface stabilization. It forms a uniform protective film that acts as a base for subsequent coatings, improving adhesion and enhancing overall finish quality. This makes it ideal for applications where mechanical rust removal is difficult or time-consuming.

Metochem RC plays a vital role in extending the life of corroded metal components by halting the corrosion process and reducing maintenance efforts. Its controlled chemical action ensures effective performance without damaging the base metal or affecting dimensional accuracy. It is particularly suitable for industrial, structural, and maintenance applications.

By choosing Metochem RC, industries benefit from a reliable and efficient rust conversion solution that simplifies surface preparation, enhances coating performance, and ensures long-term protection—making it ideal for automotive, fabrication, and infrastructure applications.
